Due to the nature of our products, Honey-Mood does not accept returns or offer refunds for products purchased. We take great care to ensure the quality and safety of our honey products before they leave our facility.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receipt. We will assess the situation and, if necessary, issue a replacement or store credit for the affected item.

4. No Returns for Opened or Used Items
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for opened or used items, even if they are defective. All sales are final.
